QotD: Happy Halloween

If by "dress up" you mean "wear something other than your pajamas," then yes. Yes, I did dress up today. Er, yesterday.
I saw a guy in a camouflage vest and some kind of fishing(?) hat with very long feathers attached to it. Lots of feathers, sticking straight up. This befeathered man was standing at the corner near my apartment, flapping his arms and cawing like a crow.
Yeah, I don't think Halloween had anything to do with that.
